10 storied + 2 basements residential tower

EIDS Consultants Inc. is providing, full structural design services for this 10 storied + 2 basements residential tower to be built in Barbados.
EIDS Consultants is expending its wings in overseas project, entering North American market outside Canada.
The building will be designed as full precast structure. Even basement walls taking lateral soil pressure along with the load from superstructure, are designed as precast.
Special water proofing system is in place to deal with the joints between precast panel. Foundation is designed as shallow raft foundation system. Due to high ground water level, raft is designed for hydrostatic uplift pressure. Building is in final design stage and construction will start soon.
