EIDS Consultants was selected for the structural design of this prestigious ground +6 storied mixed used development with one basement to be constructed in the region of Niagara.

The building structure will predominantly be a concrete cast-in-place structure.   The foundation design is challenging due to poor ground condition and requires ground improvement.

EIDS will provide full structural design and site inspections services during the construction stage.
