Building will be designed as a full precast concrete structure. EIDS Consultants Inc. is providing structural design services on this building.
Barbados is in a High seismic activity zone. Project site is also prone to hurricanes. Precast structure and their connections are designed to cater all forces coming on it.
Sophisticated 3-D TEKLA software is used to model the entire buildings including connection details precisely.
